hello, ive just stripped down my ej20k from my p reg wrx.

she started knocking and needs a new crank etc etc, so to save some time and money im just going to find a replacement short motor.

my question is will my heads/inlet etc fit and work with the ej20g ?

are the ej20k engines known for failure?

and anyone got one kicking about?

Ok I've got myself an sti long motor from a 98 import. Will all my anvils inlet and exhaust fit it? And will I have any other problems? Many thanks

 

Yes everything will fit. The intake manifold bolt spacing was only changed in 1999 so you're ok.
