Exhaust
I've currently got a 2003 sti ppp with standard pipework and a Prodrive back box.
Im looking at fitting one of these

Is it as simple as a straight swap over?
Thanks from a non mechanically minded person

If its just for the Angled style look, then I don't think its worth it. The Prodrive back box has about the same volume of burble from the H&S you're looking at. Also the Prodrive boxes are very well made.
For me, the Prodrive boxes make just enough noise and any more would be too anti social.

Also it is slightly better flowing than the prodrive backbox, due to the lack of bends in the pipework.
Also if the op does find it a tad to loud he can purchase a silencer bung to cut down cabin drone on long journeys which incidentally when it is used takes the noise levels down to slightly less than a std prodrive backbox .
Brilliantly made and an awesome sound imho - buy it you won't regret it.
