Default Smallest Size Swirl Pot

What's the smallest sized swirl pot that you can run, which still works well?! As I'm wanting to install one to the engine bay/inner wing so size matters

Cheers

I made my own on a ford cosworth, it was the same size as a baked bean tin because space was tight, others may disagree but it worked ok for me.

If you are using 800cc injectors, then a litre is about the smallest, IMHO.

I got a litre one fitted on my inner wing and pump fixed to where battery tray used to be. Works great even down to under quarter of a tank with no surge problems.

Ha ha it was the slightly larger than standard size. It was filled by a pre pump and the return line so was always full, plenty for the main pump to drink although the car was only running 280bhp. Before it was fitted the car holed a piston due to fuel surge but after all was fine.

Only because you'd do three laps to try and beat your best time...

Cheers for the input guys

Will a 1.5L or 2L one fit where the washer bottle goes? As I'm planning on removing that, and using the IC spray bottle for the windscreen wash.

Do you have any pics mate? How much are you after for it?

Dave is taking his car soon, so he could maybe collect it for me.

Cheers
