The VF series would be the first choice especially the 34 due to it being a roller bearing design and not sleeve type and will give better spool and ultimately better response from the throttle on the road.
Having said that the VF 30/35 are not to be sniffed at either and will produce very similar power figures to the 34 and are usually a lot cheaper to buy than a 34 as well.
My choice would go with the 34 if the budget will allow out of the turbo's you mentioned though mate

OK......we need a bit more info on your car

If it's an STi then you already have the correct turbo bolted to your car

a good vf35 will set you back around £275-320 and is a good turbo, spools well and will fetch the power you are after with supporting mods, there are plenty normally for sale as the vf34 is harder to find and you will pay more,so as above really if budget allows go for a vf34(if you can find a good one) or a vf35 as is still a great turbo.

3-port boost solenoid and STi up pipe or contact here Harvey for Up pipe with ported headers which will help you spool better.

Not sure, because some 05 WRX come with 565cc injectors and some no.
If its 2.5L i'm suspecting there will be 440cc or 565cc injectors.

Power 300-350 bhp, that is a big wide power spread.
You have a 3" fully decatted exhaust system?
Presumably an uprated top mount intercooler? Make?
You need a turbo that will do 300-350 bhp. This could include TD05 16G, TD05 18G, VF35, VF34, VF30, VF29, VF28 even VF24 or 23.
You need injectors that will support the turbo power output. I have no idea what injectors you have so that needs to be determined by you but generally 380 injectors max out before 300 bhp. 440 injectors will max out 320-340 bhp and injectors referred to as pinks 510cc, 555cc or 550cc or whatever they are will generally support 370-380 bhp.
You then need a competant Ecutek mapper to remap your car.
Assuming you buy second hand a good turbo is likely to be £250-£350.
Injectors if required £100-£350.
Mapping on a first map with licence around £530.
I suggest you don't start your project until you have the funds to do it in one hit and determining your actual injectors is very important. This can be done from the VIN plate engine number.
Has the car had a remap previously?
