Default Power Steering Hose Help

I am replacing the two power steering hoses.

My question is regarding the two bolts at the bottom of the car near the steering rack, one bolt has been removed however the bigger one cannot be removed as there is not enough space at all for a spanner to fit.

Do I need to drop the whole steering rack to undo this one bolt or is there another easier way to undo it.

Advice needed urgently.

Thanks

My car's half apart, can't finish it off because I don't know if i need to drop the steering rack or if there's an easier way out.

think it was a case of 1/4 turn of the spanner and then turn the spanner and another 1/4 turn etc ,etc

Yh the smaller bolt got undone quarter turn at a time, however for the big one theres no space to get the spanner around it.

A socket cannot be used as there's piping on both sides.

How did you get the spanner around the big bolt?

LOL! Thanks, Ill look into getting that.

Been putting off changing the hoses for 2 months, my original one melted and power steering fluid dripped on a hot turbo causing a mini fire lol. Need to sort this out and get it back on the road.
