Default Gapping and Fitting Plugs

Got a new set of plugs to go in and was wondering what they should be gapped to? They are PFR7Bs and they're going in a 2002 STi. I'm assuming it's just a case of getting the feeler gauges out and tapping the end?

Any mods/upped boost from std.?

If so, general consensus is to gap at 0.65mm. (0.7mm if running std boost levels.)

Yeah, just put a bit of pressure on the outer "L"-shaped electrode by using a hard object e.g. the side of the feeler blades' housing. Do it very gently and carefully. It's correctly gapped when the blade slides in and out easily, but so that there's a very light drag to it too.

No. They're usually in the ballpark, but that's no good... Even 0.05mm can make a 'big' difference!

Well I've checked them and had to adjust slightly. Better safe than sorry I guess. Thanks
