started my car up earlier and the misses was saying about smoke so i had look and was white smoke coming out and strong fuel smell any ideas or advice be much appreciated cheers

 

blue or clear smoke??

 

If its thick (ie cannot see through it and is like fog) then your stuffed, if its transparent then its just condensation which is normal.
You should also add if your car is standard or not, decats seem to put more condensation out than catted cars.

also ss exhausts get alot of water/cendensation build up over night

 

i do have a decatted stainless system it was night when i started her up and it just looked white, whats the worst it could be?

 

Is it only on start up? Cold start up, warm start? Overfilled with oil?

 

just started her and was transparent smoke, not alot but stunk of fuel???
checked oil, levels are fine

 

sounds normal to me llike the choke is on which will pump more fuel thru and the smoke will prob be steam/condensation which should stop after the car and exhaust is warm but if it still smells of fuel once warmed up id start to think of other things. mine does that till its warm. you might notice engine revs are a litlle higher too till its warmed up
