Default Whiteline Front ARB Settings

The Whiteline front ARB has two holes, which i assume are for hard or soft.

Does anyone know if this is currently in the hard or soft setting...... (in the hole nearest the front of the car)

The further away the hole the softer the setting.

Generally.... stiffening the front ARB can induce understeer.
