Default Why does my car run smoother on sainsburys sul than tesco99???

As title, even performed a ecu reset overnight, doesn't feel as fast, bit laggy and much more hesitation?

All info appreciated!!!

An ecu reset can take a while to smooth out and learn new values so give it time, my car is slightly better mpg wise on 99 Ron fuel maybe 1 or 2 mpg, but as it costs more don't really gain anything. To get the most from 99 you would probably need mapping to it

So would you suggest stick with sainsburys sul, it's a uk car, minimal mods.

Tesco make theirs up to 99 with addatives mine used to run worse on this than V Power also 99 till Duncan (Racedynamix) mapped it now there is no real difference.

I agree. Never had a prob with sainsburys fuel. If i can't get to an esso garage then sainsburys is my second choice.

sounds odd but as some one mentioned properly needs mapping to get the best out of it. I always say gofer the best and v power is as good as it gets here in the uk. you might save a pound if your lucky IMHO just get blower on there and run it for a bit its better for the engine.
