wrap the fmic pipes?
Hi
Just been looking at a few impreza's and they have the fmic pipes wrapped with tape
??
does it do anyting or just for show?
if it helps where can i buy the tape from?
( a link would be nice
)

Hi there most people use fibreglass heat wrap tapes,which cost around £10-£20
,if its help this don't know,maybe yes

Can help to lower intake temps given engine heat won't transfer into the pipes as much but gain would be minimal mate.
That said what is another £20 on the money splashed already

I was told to wrap the one that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body, but NOT the one from turbo to intercooler.

Well it was told to me by someone who NEVER says stuff he hasn't tested out, so I'm inclined to believe it.
