what turbo is on my bugeye sti standard? and can it run dumpvalve less?

cool does it matter if its high milage turbo? lol i think the turbo has done 84k no record of it beinf changed, does it stress the turbo more?
and also what will i need to make it dumpvalve less? would the map need to be tweaked also?

mines on 59k with no probs you will need a blank plate on the intercooler and a bung in the recurc pipe or.... i made my own by simply cutting some sheet metal the shape of the original d/v and fitted it behind the original d/v to block the d/v off and keeping it looking original, it is then easy to put back to standard if req as the rest of the pipe are left as they are so just remove the plate

not lots of surge noise from mine as ive got a panel filter not an induction type but throttle responce is very smooth she comes off throttle to idle perfectly and i feel holds full boost better sorry no pics but its simply a plate behind the original d/v

Hi Shawn, I've seen a TRL dyno printout of 366 bhp for an STI using a fmic and tubular headers.... but did I believe it (?)
