I am going for an 18g, what bhp/torque will i get, and will 440's be ok?
Its a classic MY00, sti top mount, FPR, ported headers, full decat, panel filter, paralell fuel mod, oil catch can, colder sparks.

Your 440's are going to be the limiting factor. They max out about 330-340 depending on fuel pressure which means you would be as well with a 16g which will also make the same power but spools quicker. Alternativly get yourself a set of 550's and you should make 350-360 if not more.

More power you have, the less reliable your car will be, and as we don't know what you want the achieve then its a bit of a guessing game, but as said, td05 16g is better unless you want to upgrade your injectors, then 350bhp is about the max you want to run, and seriously at that level of tune, gearbox and clutch reliablity will be compromised.
I would also look at a vf35 as an alternative to the 16g

Also look at fitting a Fuel Pressure Reg as this will stop the injectors from holding you back, and you will be able to get more power from the 440`s,just done this myself as you will have more chance finding lord lucan than finding 550 injectors for a classic.
just noticed you have a fpr,so scrap what i said as you will already know, heavy night last night and the eyes arnt working right today.

Well my goal has always been 330 ish. But keep getting different ideas. I'd like a quick spool up.
With the vf35 i have its ok, but as said before its not right, as only getting 261 with 275 torque. and doesnt go right round the rev range about 5000 is its limit.

Sure the turbo is the problem ? A good VF35 will work well for what you want, fast spooling around 330-350 on a good set up.

if it's still on standard internals your bottom end is on borrowed time, an 18g will kill it at some point...its a great turbo but make sure you go into this with your eyes open

At one point my 440`s were running 110% duty on a 16g, so i suspect an 18g will destroy them
After optimizing the map a little, i got this down to 98% lmao

VF34/35 the way to go, quicker to spool, will max out your 440s and less chance of you smashing your transmission (and possibly engine) to bits.
PS you should also be looking at upgading your std fuel pump if you've not done so already.
