Default Fmic with fog lights?

Have just fitted a hybrid fmic from harvey to my classic and just wondered if it is possible to keep my fog lights, the problem i have is the pipe work runs across where the fog light goes, by the way i have a face lift bumper. Any help would be great folks.

If you're talking about the standard fit Subaru front fogs, they're next to useless, overwhelmingly cosmetic additions anyway so does it really matter if they're not there? Probably less than one day a year when you would benefit to any degree at all from using them. May as well take the weight saving and fit some covers.

If you've got decent retrofit spots, then that's different.

Of course, they're not mandatory items as far as the MOT is concerned.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I know what you are saying, I do very rarely use them, it is just they are crystal ones and I like the look of them. Looks like I will be on the snoop for some covers then.

I had to chop one of the mounting points out and fabricate a support bracket....

Hello dunx, just been searching the site and came up with this old post of yours
Sadly no pics remain.
I have spent ages trying to get a secondhand hybrid fmic (previously on a Version 5) to fit my Version 4 STI. Looks to me as if I can't keep my passenger side fog light.
Would be very good if I could see you original pics, or if you could talk me through how to make the fog fit with the tank outlet / hose.
Thanks a lot in advance. Tried to send a PM but your box was full.
Of course, love to hear from anyone else with experience of Hybrid fmic fitting who can give me some advice.
