Turbo solenoid making a ticking sound? Any one else had this or no whats wrong?

I had similar after fitting apexi fc andy forrest mapped it and said not to worry as it was something to do with fuelling that the apexi did not configure for. Mine stops when you blip the throttle but returns on idle after 20 secs or so. Been running with this for nearly 6 years and no probs
