What do we think of this 2.1 stroker kit?

not for the faint hearted. a lot more work needed for big power.

read further down. APR head studs for 400. 14mm headstud conversion to your block for 500. block need a major modification dependant on the size of the pistons and rods plus all the supporting modifications if you want more power. did you think it is just a straight swap?

14mm Stud conversion is not needed at 500, 11mm ARPS are fine assuming correct fitment is followed.

But what i want to know is it a good quality kit and most important is it good
value for money?

I have looked @ this one myself and to be honest as far as the stroker kits I have looked @ lately this one is rated to a low bhp/torque compared to all others. It is rear thrust also so more maching/costs if you have a centre thrust block.
For the same money you can get a Brian Crowler 2.29stroker from yank land that is rated to 800+bhp and comes in either centre or rear thrust.

Be better off speaking to Alan Jeffery - Engine Tuner about 2.1 strokers.
