ICV pipe vta'd?
Hi, just saw this pic,(sorry if it's your!) and noticed the idle control valve hard pipe has been vented to atmosphere. Would this still work ok? Does it not rely on the inlet vacuum, or is it controlled by the manifold pressure?
I'd like to do this, but worried i'd have running issues.
Thanks,Mit

Ace, thanks, im looking to get rid of the resonator box, so being able to vta that pipe is a bonus.
What sort of noise does it produce? Is it a sucking noise?
Cheers, Mit

The idle valve pipe goes to the inlet resonator box. If you take it off, you'll have a hole in the inlet, after the maf, which it wouldn't like very much! It will need blocking.
