OEM coilpacks are perfectly fine - good for easily over 10+ years of service. Zen do 'em, amongst other specialists (don't be tempted on 2nd hand items!).

Plugs -.NGK PFR6B for std, or very mildly modded eg. filter. cat-back exhaust, etc... Colder heat-range PFR7B preferably for remaped cars, inc. turbo-back decat downpipe and more, etc...

Either/or, really...

But seeing as you're running an unmapped decat/system I'd fit the colder 7s... Will give your engine a bit more added margin against possible det by transferring away engine heat.
