Default Clunking when turning right

Hey Guys, really hoping someone can help me with this.

Ive got a V3 sti 97' its got the 4.44 diffs.

Its developed a very nasty clunking sound when you turn right at low speeds. My first thought was the center diff, so I changed it. This made no difference so I changed the rear diff too, still no difference. I then changed both rear drive shafts and joints. No change. then both rear wheel bearings, Guess what no change.
I have now changed the rear lsd to a cusco, and double checked the gear ratio and the prop. I cant find anything wrong but the noise is still there. The noise is so bad its as if the rear lsd is locking.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Yeah double checked box and diffs, they are right. Its hard to see if the prop has vibration cos the noise isnt there when the wheels are off the ground ie on the ramp.

what about the spline on the rear drive shafts, all ok where they enter they diff.

iv seen cars where the end of the shaft is sheared off. that makes bad noise and car also lost drive.

wrong type of gear oil as i also have this problem before the rear diff is clunking like mad. try using the redline 75W90 gear oil on your rea diff as this solve all the clunking i have. dont use redline MT90 or any just get there normal 75W90 gear oil. i also use redline 75W90-NS on my tranny . By the way the 75w90 and 75w90-NS is not the same gear oil

Im using silcolene silktran 75w90 in both diff and box however, the problem first started when we put red thick oil in the rear diff. I think you may be on to something. Ive stripped the diff and removed all the red stuff.(even stripped the lsd to get it out form the plates). Now that its back together with 75w90 oil its much better but still not right. Maybe It needs a run? or could this make it worse?
