Default Advice please - Simtek high idle and slow to start

Hi
Running a car with Simtek. I understand that sometimes cars with simtek hesitate to start.

Mine has done this on and off. But has been doing it alot today. Also the idle has now risen to 1,500 at start also.

Any ideas what this could be. I need to get it sorted in the next few days.
So anything obvious that springs to mind guys?

Thanks

Has it ever started OK? Any noticeable difference in temperature between when it did start OK and say .... now? I had a had a high idle issue with my car, it turned out to be my lambda sensor... turns out that they are quite sensitive to WD40! Do you have the software to connect to your ECU?
