Default SLOW TO START & FUEL CUT

i plan taking my car down the 1/4 mile next weekend but cars not running 100%

firstly i'm getting fuel cut AGAIN!!!!!
whats the things i should check??? the maf works fine, should i check coil packs and change plugs??

what else causes it?

secondly my car has been like this since the day i got it, when i crank the engine it can sometimes take upto 10 secs to fire up, its not fuel pump as its been changed. could it be a cam or crank sensor causing this?

93 wrx ra, with full decat, 2.5 inch system, induction kit and uprated fuel pump with z4 ecu fitted.

(none of these mods are causing this as my other car and this car ran fine with this setup)

i've also got a destek piggy back ecu i'm gonna fit thats mapped for this exact setup and see if that changes anything.

its mainly the slow starting i'm annoyed about, its done it since i got the car and its pretty embarasing when ppl see you cranking your scooby over for ages before she fires up.

i must say when engine is warm she will sometimes start right away but not always
