usually safe and steady to start with. ecu upgrade, prob apexi best to start with with decat downppipe, fmic and 440cc injectors. you'll find lots of people with good second hand parts in the for sale section tht will post. bear in mind with a flat four to keep an eye on oil pressure and condition of oil pump or you'l have an expensive rebuild like i'm havin. roger clark oil pump defo reccomended

dependin on turbo which i know was vf23 on ver 4 sti am not sure what you have but i'd say just under the 300 mark dep on turbo and the boost its setup on at time of mappin. but think how far u wanna go as if you'l be lookin at goin further get 550cc injectors. second hand vf34's aint too expensive

Hi mate, de-cat downpipe and an uprated fuel pump added to the mods you have already got, then a re-map and you should get close to the lower end of the figures your after I would imagine.

Open a photobucket or similar account to get your pics up

You mean the MAP sensor.

But no, you won't need the later MAP sensor at those levels...If your after between 260 and 300 then a full decat/system/Walbro/std 380cc injectors - mapped at 1.1bar - should give you bang in the middle at c.280bhp, give or take!
