Default how much for a rebuild?

hey guys
got a v4 with a 2.5 with vf34 turbo and engline went bang after northern big one last year due to oil pump failure. bearings, crank, a couple of rods and valves were all bent so went for weisco pistons, eagle conrods, acl bearings, port and polish the heads, rebore the piston chambers to fit the oversize pistons, new crank timing belt kit oil pump, 1.6 gaskets, head gaskets, timing covers i think thats everything. i bought a few of the parts and garage supplied the rest as i was trying to get the price down as much as poss with money being tight u kno.

can anyone gimme an idea how much this build ould cost s its due out the garage anytime n i wanna make sure i aint bein ripped off when the price gets announced. not sure how much labour is usually involved ya see.

can someone gimme an estimate how much bhp i should be gettin with a simtek also? gettin booked in as soon as i pick her up

many thanks

cheers mate. i'm hopin that around that mark as thats what i've budgeted for. bout 600 for engineering work 1800 parts and then bout 1200 labour is what i was thinkin. dunno if people still charge the old hourly rate as at £20ph thats 60 hours labour. surely enough?

What year is the car? Amazing what people spend though seen a guy spend £4,000 on a rebuild for a UK spec Classic worth 2k madness I think people fall in love and refuse to let go!
