Wow some realistic answers for a change
There was a thread a week or two ago where people were saying 400bhp+ blah blah blah.
Yes there are cars running 400+ but they are definatley the exception to the rule.
I wouldn't want to push a standard engine with cast pistons beyond 300-330 bhp.

Mine is around 330 brake @ 1.2 bar. Been like that for 4 years now. I would like more but it's quick enough and helps to keep my 3rd gearbox in one piece.

they say mid 300's is the limit at which you sacrafice pwer for reliability. at 330 your gonna be on the right side of the curve, however your prob getting close to the limit of the gearbox.

thanks for the replys folks. Dont know the exact power mine is putting out must be around the the 280 hp mark, its prity quick, so might just leave it at that, unless anybody got any other small mods i could try that wont blow the engine?
