MAF allegedly can be cleaned by spraying brake cleaner onto it but i've never need to do it so i can't say if it works.

What fuel are you using in it ?
Are all the pipes connected correctly under the bonnet?
I had a small vac pipe come off the inlet manifold and my idle was all over.

if you have plastic inlet before turbo, you may check connection with turbo.

Idle speed control valve? I've changed a few in the past on my cars. i would take it and have a diagnostic check done first.
