Couple of no doubt obvious questions
So, ive just bought a classic WRX, pick it up first week in january, its 301 BHP at the flywheel at the moment, im wondering what kind of power its capableof before I need to think about rebuilds/new internals etc
also, does anyone happen to know how long these cars are? need to know how much more room to make in the garage lol

question 1 , a little hard to answer as we dont know whats already been changed, if its running standard internals you shouldnt go much higher without making changes, well i wouldnt, some people have got away with more bhp some haven't been so lucky
question 2 , from the tip of the front bumper to the edge of the back bumper ...
lol .
sorry mate cant help , but welcome to the mad house

If its well maintained then 300bhp is not a problem, most people dont go past about 330bhp on the standard internals but you do see the odd 380bhp one around without a rebuild
Your biggest problem will probably be det from bad fuel, so does this car have an uprated ecu or is it chipped?

1 question i have is you havent even got it yet and your wanting more power ... why??
why not enjoy what you have , the car will spend alot more time on the road if you just enjoy what is a safe bhp ..

anti-lag prob wouldn't do turbo much good if u left it on all the time, but its on a switch, i only use mine in towns making people jump as i drive past them,
i had a simtec ecu fitted, anti-lag an launch control was mapped on with that,

Mocom Racing - Performance car and trackday products
Mines on a Scott T Scooby ECU, would see any other benefits than the launch control/anti lag if I changed? how much did you pay if you dont mind me asking
