When you back off 180 and again at 180... Should the bolts be loose? This step has freaked me out in the past, but I'm not about to question the holy book that is the Impreza Technical Manual.

Can you re- use the standard bolts or do you need to use new ones?

I would imagine as with nearly all head bolts that they are stretch bolts on the scoob, so new ones......but I may be wrong.
