Default What psi is boost cut on scoobyecu wagon wrx?

Hello,

I havent long bought a 1995 wagon WRX and privious owner says it had a Scoobyecu fitted. Wanting to know what the boost cut is set to on these? Also im going to check the ECU to make sure there is a Scoobychip fitted, how can i tell? is there a seperate eprom fitted?

Scoobyecu looks like this ScoobyECU and is fitted in the bottom rh corner.

They are/were remappable so it depends on what has been done to it

Thanks for that, will have a look later tonight and see. Infact it was advertised a a scoobychip not ECU, does that mean it wont look like the one shown on Polarperformance?

Im just a little scared just incase its one of the Ebay special chips that are not genuine, again is there anyway to find out? Thanks for Help
