No BOV or D/V with FMIC
Have fitted a FMIC (Japspeed) to my 96 wagon WRX. The pipework bypasses the BOV i had fitted. I have seen other FMIC installs with BOV's fitted to the pipework before the inlet manifold...
will NOT having 1 do any damage.. although i do love the sound it makes!!
any hepl would be v helpfull

some will say yes you will be fine (standard tubby and not silly boost)
and others will say you'll wreck your turbo in no time.
I say you'll be ok (although it may slightly reduce your turbo life), sounds great and less lag

use a original nissan one with my fmic works fine look here...

thanks for the help mate.. would I not get less lag WITH a BOV??? i do fancy an HKS SSQV BOV (love the sound) does any1 know where i can get a pre-fab'd intercooler pipe which will fit 1??
