Question fuel pressure reg

hi im wanting to get get a pressure reg and just wondering what i should get also im not running a uprated pump get so what pressure should i run it at and what pressure should i run it at when i do get a uprated pump?

43.5PSI.

Are you changing injectors/going for big power? Why fit it prior to getting the uprated fuel pump?

You shouldn't need one unless your injectors are really maxed out, what size inj are they and what power you running?

its a project car i am setting up for hillclimbs and ive just got some fuel rails with -6AN fittings to do the parallel fuel rail mod and just need a reg to set it all up

Fuel lab and sx regs are very good. The pressure is set to 3bar with the vac lin off,then it will drop to about 2.6bar at idle with the vac line on.

They're both quite expensive,around the £200 mark. Most of the big tuners do one of them.
Im using a Sard reg,had no problems with it,and costs a lot less,can be had for £65.SARD Fuel Pressure Regulator Adjustable FREE ADAPTER on eBay, also Injection Fuel Systems, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 14-Oct-08 09:01:19 BST)
