What boost should i be running??
I have a 94 wrx wagon with a Td05 and 95 v4 ecu.
On the old Td04 and standard ecu my fuel cut would come i when hit about 12 psi of boost but it still does the same with the v4 ecu. Am i right in saying that the standard boost for a 95 wrx saloon is 1 bar (14 psi) and hit fuel cut about 1.2 bar. So I was wondering what tells the ecu what boost is being produces also is it possible to use a bleed valve to fool it into running 14psi without hitting fuel cut.
Many thanks Gav.

I shall tell you the full story.
I fitted a Td05 and z4 ecu this gave me stupid amounts of boost (2bar)and kept hitting the fuel cut. So to stop it I ajusted the actuator/wastegate arm so that it wouldnt do that, but found that when i first floored it ,it would go to about 11psi then drop off to about 9 so to over come this i fitted a bleed valve which allows it to run 11 all the time except when its really cold then it hits the fuel cut again. I feel what i am doing is incorrect as the ecu should allow it to run at the standard boost all the time then use the bleed valve to fool it and run slightly more. But as my original post says im hitting fuel cut just over 12 psi. I believe that it should hit fuel cut above 1 bar is this correct. If so why isnt mine doing as it should what tells the ecu what boost is being produced.

Z4 ecu fuel cut is as i've posted (post 2).
Remove the bleed valve.
Adjust the actuator arm until you hit correct boost,it's a bit of trial and error as i've recently had a td05 fitted (used to have a vf12 on my 93wrx which sucked) and they had a couple of attempts to get the correct boost.
