how big a job to change td04 turbo??

depends how much patience you have lol
i could have mine changed within an hour but if your bolts are siezed could take alot longer as i found out on one of my scoobys
(might want to replace the gaskets)

Spray the nuts on the turbo with WD40 and leave for a while. Then you need a flexi head ratchet, some small extension bars and a universal joint for the job. Should be ok after that.

As mentioned above, it's the tools that make or break the job. You need plenty of Plusgas, a 14mm swivel head ratchet spanner and a good quality 6 sided socket.
