I like it, not too over the top,

where you to get these mini mud flap type things from, sorry its if not quite the right terminology! is it only the sti's that had them, were they optinal extra's can anyone shed any light? thanks guys

Nope got them on my classic wrx think they were only avaliable on JDM imprezas (may be wrong though)
