URGENT ADVICE - Brakes refitting
I am currently refitting the back brakes to the scoob after a refurb and have just realised that the back half of the calipers seem to be sided?? (one has an 'L' and other has and 'R' on the back)
I have just built the drivers side up but susing the side labedded 'L' which should be on the passenger side i assume.
Now the only visable difference i can see in the calipers is that the bleed nipple will now be on the top of the caliper instead of the bottom and my question is 'does this matter??'
Urgent advice required from Tech as i am doing this now.
Many thanks

The nipple is at the top, but the back half of the caliper is labelled 'L' and i put it on the right?? I thought this would be the case so dont understand why they are labelled and if fitted that way would result in the nipple being on the bottom??

I assumed that they are labelled as you sit in the car not as you look from the front????
Anyways the caliper has the nipple on the top which is how i think it should be so lets try them and see what happens, if i have any problems whilst bleeding them i will know why.
Thanks for your help.
