You can just raise the manifold with spacers , relocate power steering and fit a 3 inch intake hose and a GT30 hybrid...
This will make 450 @ 1.6 bar with supporting mods....

Relocate the power steering wherever you have room , the turbo would set you back approx £1200 and another £420 for the oil and water fittings and the 3inch inlet pipe...
The manifold spacers are available from Roger Clark as a kit with all the bolts , gaskets etc.....

You may need a clutch depending on what you have now, an uprated gearbox, bigger brakes, suspension, maybe an oil cooler and some gauges for safety.

As API built your engine ask David what he suggests to get the power you require, pretty sure he will have options.
