Default code for Halfords calcium battery please?

My battery is pretty much knackered (2003 UK type STI). Has anyone reading this fitted a Halfords calcium battery and if so, can you give me the code please? I've just rung two branches of Halfords who told me "we don't do any batteries that fit your car sir" - Morons!

Cheers for help guys!

I think I used the 065 battery from Halfords, its slightly less tall than the standard so helps swith the front mount pipework. Its not designed for the Impreza but has exactly the same width and lengh dimentions!

Ive just had to buy a battery for my MY01 STI JDM.

Make sure your sitting down when you see the price

£79.99

Try a local garage as they are cheeper.

The only reason i got mine from halfords was i needed it there and then.

Due to periods of inactivity, the (tiny) battery in my sons EVO IX regularly goes flat! And that's without the drain of a tracker.

Or is the alternator duff as my pals Skoda vRS exhibited the same behaviour, dealers dunno, so he bought a new battery, same thing happened....

I told him to go back, the laptop said "no", service manager said "Yes" to a new alternator and battery.... Problem solved, but they didn't refund the cost of the new battery.
