Planning to change all fluids in my Ver3 STi this winter, can someone tell me what fluid is best for the following please:
-engine oil (grade? quantity?)
-gearbox oil (grade? quantity?)
-diff oil (grade? quantity?)
-engine coolant (any specific type? quantity?)
-brake fluid (any specific type? quantity?)

Also which spark plugs would be best?

Any recommendations for any of these would be much appreciated

Engine oil....You could write a book about what type to use! Message OILMAN off here and he will sort you out.

Gearbox and Diff you can use the same....Castrol Syntrax is good enough.

Engine coolant?? Errr Water?

Brake Fluid? DOT 5 and bleed.

Plugs..NGK 7B's

And you didn't say Power Steering Fliud
