I have an impreza 2000 on an x plate, it is totally standard apart from the godspeed brake upgrade and hayward and scott back box. What other mods can i do to get more power?
I am going to get a total decat soon but is there anything else i can do?

£500 i suppose at the moment but what can i do on the cheap so i can get up to near 280bhp?

Got to be an Ecutek remap I would think, I am going to get my MY99 done soon. This maybe slightly more, I expect to pay around the £600 mark, give or take a new MAF!! I would recommend a new panel filter as well KN or Green etc. I hope to get around the 270-275 bhp a great starting point for more when the wallet/wife allows

 

i have a my99 full system with decat by revolution, apexi panel filter,apexi power fc mapped by the jgm . apexi boost controller . i have about 270-280bhp but the power is great . this was a very pricey way to go, i would get a ecutek with a decat if i was you. but the more power you get the more you will want, have fun and get saving scott

be warned mate, once my MY00 was remapped I needed to get a new clutch as it kept slipping! :-(

 

would do the same with any car if the clutch was worn anyway!
