Exclamation TD04 PSI ??

how much should a standard TD04 be running in PSI, and what can it take without blowing up

I think they only capable of 1.2-1.3 Bar. 18-19 psi

depends at what RPM you want it, 19 psi would be acceptable for td04 upto 4500 rpm. But by 7000 rpm you need to have dropped down to 9-10 psi (max).

can i run more than standard boost with just a turbo back zorst and filter??

If I understand it correctly, it's not so much a case of "when does it blow up" as at what point the turbo is not operating efficiently: The TD04 is only tiny and has to be backed off at higher RPM to avoid overheating. All things being well, it'll run ineffeciently (which you don't want) before it'll let go (which you definately don't want)

Would agree around 1.2bar max
