Need your help guys!

got my first Scooby 6 weeks ago, and up till now it has been a great car, however in the last two days, I have noticed when cold the car is spluttering in 2nd gear, its feels like the car is running out of petrol, but when it gets warm it runs fine !

what should I do/try ??

my car is a wrx 93

have you got more then 1/3 of a tank mine does the same if i have less than a 1/3

 

yer, yesterday and today was the first time i have had less than a 1/3 of a tank, is that a common prob ??
