I'd speak to the mapper, but possibly some bigger injectors too.

Bigger injectors are the first thing that spring to mind. Not sure what the newer Scoobs like yours run as standard but if your target is 370bhp, then you're looking at running 550cc/min injectors at fairly high duty cycles IIRC. Or at lower IDC if you fit an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Keep the standard ported headers for torque, or tubular for all top end.
personally, I would rather have the torque
Makes for a much more driveable car.

View my scoob for details of mods on the 18G.
Injectors/ top mount fine for your figures but highly recommend the K&N 80mm Induction rather than the straight forward panel.

I'm in a similar position to you with an 03 sti, so far I've got:
3 inch full decat
APS induction with cold air feed
20g turbo.
Uprated fuel pump
Looking at getting:
Gt spec headers
Turbo blanket
Apexi Avcr
Andy F remap.

Properly ported headers and matched up-pipe can go well beyond your target power output and give the advantage of noticably earlier spool and torque.
