You don't need one to do the cambelt.

Remove radiator (you can get away with just the fans, but for the novice the rad is much easier), take off all the front pulleys, belts then the cam covers etc.

Rotate the engine so the timing mark on the crank (which is a line, ignore the small arrow) lines up with the mark on the oil pump, and do it such that the double lines on the the cam pulleys line up (there are two options since the cams rotate at half crank speed).

Once in that position, which is the position the new belt will go on in, the two cams on the right side of the engine (drivers side) will be off cam, the two left hand cams will be partially on cam, but the pistons will be half way up the bore on all 4 cylinders.

Be careful not to let the left hand cams swing round as you remove the belt. but you should be okay. Use a 17mm spanner on the camwheel bolt to keep it in check as you remove the belt.

You should be able to find the relavent pages of a technical manual if you search for one of the many DIY cambelt change threads.
