car gettin oil change b4 i go on hols, just wanted opinions on wot oil 2 use.

block has done bout 35/40k but heads are about 90k,

remapped with fmic etc etc. givin 320/310 on dyno dynamics.

also wot types of plugs are u guys using - lots 2 choose from but wots best?

Millers 10W 60 was what I used.
NGKPRF 7b's are the plugs you want.
