not running properly

hi there i have a 1.6 impreza and i went through a puddle and it started running funny/miss firing that was at 7 this morning and its still doing it can any1 help

check the air filter... probably soaked..

edit : hold on your car has the air filter on top of the engine iirc? so unlikely to have sucked up some water...
