Default misfiring after plug change

hi i changed my plugs the other day and my car was fine, until now the cel came on and was misfiring, then stopped for a bit then today it has started again and seems to be staying put this time, Ive checked the MAF sensor was working and thats fine so im thinking coil packs, just wanna rule out all the other stuff first, anyone a clue? cheers

did you gap the plugs correctly?

As above and are the leads/coils on properly? and if coils check there all pluged in properly

i didnt change the gaps i thought plugs were set ready to go as they were genuine part ngk platinums, the coil packs are on properly coz it was working fine afterwards its just the last ten miles or so. if i got to re gap the plugs what should they be?

You say set ready to go? by whome? straight out of the box there not always correct. set them to 0.65 and pull the rubber sleeve back on the coils and check for cracks

ok will check them and check the packs and let you know what happens, will i need to reset the ecu or anything?

Shouldnt do just for a plug change

i had the same thing it was a small crack on one of the plugs i thoght i was beeing carefull but must have cracked one have a check
