I think I'm right in saying this, I'm sure it was only there to reduce induction noise.

Question

What is the replacement option of the resonator box? Is there a kit available?
Thanks

This may help

ScoobyTuner.com - Engine, Suspension, Brakes, ECU Tuning and more for your STi, WRX, Legacy, & Forrester

follow the link at the bottom which takes you to another page which details part to remove resonator and link back up with standard intake. Not sure what gains, if any, this would give as I have been told the resonator is not that restrictive below 300bhp.

The pipe on the top right of the box (looking from the front) does have to be connected. You can get a kit so you can remove the box and keep it attached.

The pipe on the bottom left is the small one that goes to the bottom of the boost solenoid, it has the brass restrictor inside. This one can just vent to atmosphere..

This link refers to the Snorkle and has been incorrectly named as the Resosnator. The Snorkle is under the wing and Resonator Box is under the bonnet and is the one in 92typeRA's photo's
