great a fooked maf sensor my99
just incase any1 ants to know
just checked the ecu code (connect black connectores) code reads 1.3sec cel, 1.3sec cel, 0.2cel,0.2cel,0.2cel alltogether code 23 which is maf sensor, unpluged it no difference, so off to subaru to buy 1 any1 got the product number, cheers,

Welcome to the world of V5/6 MAFs...
I've killed 2 in 18 months, first one was running the std airbox/filter.
The part no you want is 22794AA010. This the probe only, without the housing.
