We have modded rails, FPR's and pumps in stock but will be limited on fittings until the next week or so. All parts available separately if required.

I'm curious, what are the benefits of this alteration, and are they worth the buggering about involved?

Improves the flow equally to all pistons. Main usefulness is at higher bhp levels. Zen fit a kit similar to the diagram 2 posts up, works v well!

AFAIK it reduces the chance of cylinder 3 ( at the end of the std rail) going lean. As above, in higher bhp applications it can be a limiting factor for tuners who have to back off the map.

The mod is pretty cheap to do unless you are going for nice fittings. Assuming you have an aftermarket FPR you will need, two metal t pieces and around 2 meters of fuel hose and around 14 hose clips so work your cost out from that.
You can also use your existing rails and bard the ends where you cut so no need for the 6an connections.

I would think this way would be fine for most applications unless you are running way above normal FP

Alternatively you could go for the fancy fittings.

Here is one way it also retains the standard FPR NorthUrsalia.com: Series To Parallel Fuel Delivery

, if I'm going to do this then will opt to do it the 'fancy' way with the 6AN fittings. Where can I buy these fittings from at a good price?
Have also asked LATERALPERFORMANCE about this, waiting for reply.

From various threads I've read, it's been mentioned that the apexi FC can be mapped to individual injectors meaning that the parallel mod is not needed. Any suggestions......

I would say that the mod is a good thing regardless you just need to look at the oe set up...

As above Try Pm mef or speak to Zak at mocom

Apart from individual injector duty controlling on the apexi, Not sure what its refereeing to, but look at most of the cars running the apexi they also have this type of feed.
