IMO I would go for ported headers and up-pipe, uprated fuel pump, FPR, a hybrid TD04 (Andy Forrest does these on an exchange basis) and a re-map. That shoud see you good for 320ish as long as you get the intercooler uprated like you said.

There are other ways of getting to your 320ish figure but this is the way I would do it.

With your current setup :
2nd Hand VF24, VF28 or TD05FE £150 - £200
ECUTEK remap £250

= 320BHP at 1.3bar

An upgraded fuel pump might help and also a 3 port boost solenoid if you plan to hit 1.3 bar of boost

what is 1.3bar in psi im running 21 psi and on the last rolling road hit 320bhp its all well and good getting the bhp but you want the torque to match it as well and i got 313lbs at 4.5k revs on a catalunlya

Get it mapped sympatetically, treat it with respect and chances are you'll be ok if it's a good un.

Or you could change the gearbox to an STI 5, thats what I have done, seems to have better ratios as well!

Bit of an expensive option though

I have an MY00 Classic with the following:

Decat ScoobySport Downpipe
Decat resonated Prodrive mid pipe
Power Engineering T75 backbox
Perrin crank pulley (500 grams)
MRT Flywheel (3.5kg)
3 Port Boost Solonoid
Walbro 285 fuel pump
VF24 Turbo
Samco Water Hoses
FMIC
APS Cold Air Induction Kit
MY97/98 recirc Dump Valve
Bob Rawle ECU Remap

All this equates to 359bhp according to Bobs Laptop on a 3rd gear run then 4th gear run.
