It's literally the job from hell......
took me around 3 days to sort, fuel lines and injector rails had to come off the inlet manifold, plus all the associated clips and hoses involved in removing the manifold.
In hindsight, I wish I'd paid a garage to do it.

Not difficult at all, do a search for inlet removal on scoobynet. Replaced my inlet as snapped off a hose connector, just remember where everything goes. I had never attempted anything like it before and it was a breeze. Do not pay for it and enjoy the saved cash !

It is possible to do it without removing the inlet manifold etc. It is a complete bitch to get it in place, and you will break the old pipe pulling it out if you do so.
You need to rely on the fact that the silicon is flexible to enable you to bend some of the outlet pipes back a bit, lubricate the outside of the pipe significantly, push it through at exactly the right angle, twisting it through to exactly the right angle and using a fair bit of force in order to pop it through. Despite first impressions, it will go through, but you will lose a fair bit of skin from knuckles etc in the process!
In retrospect, I did at least half wish I'd taken the inlet manifold off as it doesn't look that difficult a job.
