Ninja rear boxs are commonly thought of by some as being a little quiet, compared to the afterburner vortex which comes from the same supplier (scoobyworld) as sounding insanely loud, centre decat won`t make much difference in noise but the decat downpipe will make it rumble a bit more.

Yes alot, if you want a MEGA loud exhaust and want to set everybody`s car alarms off that are parked down your street then the Afterburner Vortex is the backbox for you!!!

Luckily for me i live on a farm so no complaining neighbours

when i had my 95 wrx, i had the original system on and it was er... for want of a better expression ****. so i swapped it for a afterburner vortex decat downpipe and centre section, coupled with a ninja backbox. that was quite loud actually. straight through decat, never needed a afterburner/blitz/firestorm b/box to be honest. but ive heard the more modern newage scoobs have much more soundproofing and the new uns have equal length headers dont they eliminating the burble..

If I'd put up a new post stating "Ninja 2 Now Available" I'd quite understand, but having a post deleted just for offering some information which may be of interest to the thread starter is just plain over-modding

I've got one of the early Ninja's on the scoob, and Ok it's nice and subtle around town and on cruise, but believe me at full chat it's loud, how about 105db and getting black flagged at Donno for noise BTW that's full decat of H&S downpipe, magnex resonated centre and the Ninja
